The Service First Committee is comprised of volunteers from all areas of campus who are interested in supporting The University of Arizona’s retention efforts by promoting positive customer service interactions. 

We’ve created these pages so members of the University community will have a central place to come and learn about good service.  We also want to hear from you!  Use the feedback card to tell us about the service you’ve received on campus and use the training link to sign up for the sessions we provide each semester.
